Why Item Upgrade May Be More Dangerous Than You Realized
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades Upgrading gear increases its stats base and often increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random augmentations applied. The racial Shield elite Razortail, for example, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption function in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more tradable over the original version that is not upgraded. Reroll Tokens Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item, such as a weapon, armor or ring. The item is swapped for a different one similar one with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an efficient method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't retain the level of the original item, and any wasted resources won't be compensated for. Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors by a variety of means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or purchased from the market for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute of an item, such as increasing its damage or granting it a new stat. Players can reroll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage of melee and weapons attack and spell power upgrade mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades give the player an additional amount of health. Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher-quality and requires a higher-quality reroll token order to make it. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces. In contrast to other special tokens and markers that are placed on action spaces The reroll marker is left on the space until the next success result is to be rerolled. This allows you to not waste upgrades. Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of each Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grasping them. When they are opened, they will display a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's store will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money. This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls, and those that are located in the Non-droppable Pool. Growthstones Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase an item's level by increasing its stats and attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by completing daily contracts. To upgrade gear players must first locate the item and then click the “level up button”. This will show a list of the item's levels and what it will be after being upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires just one green or blue Growth Stone. After deciding what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. When the requirements have been met, the player can then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. The process of upgrading can last between a few seconds and minutes, based on the rarity of the item. The upgrade process is risk-free, and does not affect the item's longevity. This makes it an excellent way for players to gain an advantage in combat without straining their bank account. Additionally players can transfer experience and the progress of an upgraded item to a new item by clicking the “transfer” tab. New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to acquire these stones, such as signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones. Leveling Leveling is a feature that allows you to increase the power of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It is achieved by combining an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will use up the upgrade materials and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item an additional boost in that particular area. This process continues until the item reaches its maximum level. Items with upgraded base stats will display an icon of blue in their slot. item upgrades , unlike enchantments cannot be applied to more than one item at a time. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a specific number of items to be applied, as well as an initial amount for the equipment. The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the first is where players can put in an item that they wish to upgrade, and the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after is a player has enough resources will begin the upgrade process. A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded, the base stats of an item will be increased by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19. When item upgrade reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option of upgrading. In the same way, once an item reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted. Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that is able to be inserted into weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools to give an additional benefit or bonus while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this can cause the old upgrade to be destroyed. Requirements Items upgrades allow players to boost certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the type of item but generally, you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available). The upgrade items can be incorporated into equipment set pieces or weapons to provide extra effects or a higher level of the item. These upgrades can come from many sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an item, it can't be removed and replaced freely, however, the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped out without restriction. The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can improve the item's statistics. For instance, the helm upgrade “Foundation of the Sun” increases base defense, and adds an extra 20% chance to block. The dps “Wildfire” on the other hand increases damage from weapons. Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players when they achieve the perfect roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version. The game will display the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. The game will display the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item. If you've fulfilled the requirements for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will update to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
